The view of the garden inspired the formal living room - all soft blues and greens.
Anna says you can make more of a statement in a formal dining room as it is used less often.
This large outdoor covered space is a great idea for warm climate living.
Sharnel's office is creative and girly, I just love it!
The guest bathroom is very elegant.
Sharnel's daughter Olivia has a room fit for a princess.
I am very excited that another of the houses I photographed in Queensland is in print this month in the Womens Weekly. The talented Sharnel Dollar built her dream house on acreage just outside Brisbane and decorated it with the help of fabulous designer Anna Spiro.
It is such a stunning house it would almost need a book to show all the rooms and decorating ideas. As usual, these are some of the shots that didn't make the story.
Sharnel is one lucky girl...
It's just gorgeous. I would love to see more.

Wow, what a stunning home. Anna does an amazing decorating job and you photographed it so beautifully! Gosh, I could sit out on that verandah with a cuppa or glass of wine and be very happy!
ReplyDeleteThis home is absolutely gorgeous, as is Sharnel, and I'm so thrilled for her. I've loved it ever since I first saw it on Anna's blog, and how fantastic to see it featured in AWW. Thanks for showing off the work of some very talented Brisbanites! K

You captured this home beautifully! It's an ideal family home and Anna's touch is evident. Have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love the curtain in Sharnel's office, it reminds me somehow of De Gournay's Portobello wallpaper, which has been used as the cover of Domino book...
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are lovely, and so refreshing...
